Single Storey Commercial, Residential, and Office – Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam
This project involved the construction of a 100 sqm office building, along with a fence wall, car wash, and studio room adjacent to the office. Osaka Company (T) Ltd managed the project from substructure setting out to final finishes, delivering a fully functional and aesthetically pleasing facility within the stipulated timeframe.
Our Process to Execute This Project

Comprehensive finishing works, including plumbing, electrical installations, and interior design, were executed with precision. Additional structures such as the car wash and studio room were constructed concurrently, ensuring cohesive integration with the main office building.
