Proposed Construction of FK International School
The construction of FK International School is classified under Building Projects, as it involved the complete development of educational infrastructure—from groundworks to final finishes. Osaka Company (T) Ltd acted as the main contractor, overseeing the entire project lifecycle. This included initial site clearance, topographical assessments, and setting out before moving into structural activities such as foundation works, slab casting, wall erection, roofing, and civil installations.
Our Process to Execute This Project
The scope further extended to plumbing, electrical installations, window and door fittings, plastering, flooring, and comprehensive interior and exterior finishes. High-quality materials and professional workmanship were employed to ensure the building met the standards required for a modern academic institution.
Project Results
Despite complex logistics and coordination, the project reached 98% completion within the agreed timeframe, with the remaining minor works and snagging scheduled for finalization shortly after. The result was a structurally sound, aesthetically finished, and fully functional school facility, ready to support the academic ambitions of FK International School.
