Proposed Renovation of NBC Head Office – Dar es Salaam
Osaka Company (T) Ltd was tasked with renovating the NBC Head Office, focusing on painting, waterproofing, and plumbing works. The project aimed to enhance the building’s functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a conducive environment for banking operations.
Our Process to Execute This Project
The scope included external painting of approximately 7,000 sqm on a building reaching up to 35 meters in height, and internal painting of around 15,000 sqm. In addition to the painting works, the project also involved comprehensive waterproof treatment of the entire building envelope to prevent structural deterioration. Another key component was the renovation of both the foul and clean water systems, ensuring compliance with modern plumbing and environmental standards.
Project Results
All works were completed within the six-month timeframe, enhancing the building’s structural integrity, aesthetic appeal, and utility performance. The project was delivered successfully to the client, fully meeting renovation goals.
