Proposed Residential Development – Plot No. 128 Karume Road, Oysterbay
Osaka Company (T) Ltd was commissioned to develop a residential complex comprising five two-storey units in Oysterbay. The project was executed in two phases: Phase I focused on structural construction, while Phase II encompassed external works such as paving, swimming pools, and landscaping, as well as interior finishes including painting, plastering, and electrical installations.
Our Process to Execute This Project
The project was a three-year contract executed in two distinct phases: Phase I and Phase II.
Phase I – Structural Construction:
This phase focused on the core structural works, involving the construction of five two-storey building units. Each building was erected with a strong emphasis on durability and precision, forming the foundation for the comprehensive development.
Phase II – External and Finishing Works:
Phase II covered all external works and internal finishing. This included the installation of pavements, construction of swimming pools, landscaping and gardening. Interior works involved painting, plastering, electrical installations, and all final touches to make the buildings ready for occupancy.
Project Results
